went over to gym yesterday with Dickson and Raymond.
although the wheather is hot, we still insist to run under the hot sun. 4 rounds the track b4 heading to the gym to start our workout.
this is my 1st time going to gym doing every workout seriously and i am gald that i am able to finish those workout instructed by Raymond even though i did complaint alittle.
looking forward for next gym session!!

i swear no one can score a 3pts shots easily after finishing those workout.
because i can't even shoot a ball well, and it cause my team to lose a number of games because of me missing every shot i took and i felt really bad : (

together with mao as we went for morning jog at the chinese garden b4 we deicded to pay a visit to the museum to look at those wonderful creatures and many many collections of turtle and tortoise.

SO TIRED!!

went over to malaysia in the early morning, together with a group of 7. (gilson, teckyong, wisely, weichao, law's friend and weina the only girl) hope she won't find us guys boring lo...

went to a few places to shop and eat with the help from our driver. we spend our afternoon watching the juboon dragon competition at a shopping mall, total there are 10 teams

and they get 5th. not that bad le finally their hardwork is pay off : )

after the competiton, kennard(2nd in the dragon) join us on the return trip back to singapore.

the seafood dinner we had were wonderful but this time round food were not finish unlike last week.

Tml got to go back to school to collect O's lvl result.

got the chance to step into YCSS again!!

open house at np is so happening... every where also got ppl de
went there with mao, ken, boonmin... as boonmin wan collect the goodies! lol
we took alot cupcakes but we left it at the canteen table in the end... damn wasted
we learn more about some courses while conquering block by block.
after everything, we went to their CCA booths b4 heading to JP to have our dinner while some went back home.

it is because i did not attend sch today.
trying to stay away from the books, giving myself a break from those intense sch work that i have to deal with everyday... And i manage to stay away from them.
Using the com for the whole day, doing nothing... where msn got nobody to talk to.... and i dun remember hearing my phone ringing for a long time.

I started falling sick for the past 2 week ago and i am still not getting any better, but this did not stop me from going out to catch fireworks which took place at marina just yesterday nite...

Sat plan was to go out study 1st in the afternoon before going to see the skies (with gilson and souyan). so we did manage study... before someone suggested to hit town to find his best buddy (mak) who is working outside of Wisma Atira for the "WaterFest" thing. we took a bus there from millenia walk and make a wrong stop, dropping at Centre Point. we had no choice but to make our way there walking in the pouring rain, lucky for us as it wasn't pouring heavily and we manage to walk in the cold cold street of orchard.

Found mak... hit him with the waterbag which cause a monkey to fall into the water swimming before heading to Far East to shop around which we had our dinner over there. after eating we hire a cab back to marina, but we were caught in the jam. so we leave the cab and had to walk all the way back to marina passing fort canning...

Finally reach the durians (the esplanade) after walking those distances... So tired!! Here came a policeman, he said "Guys u are not allow to sit over here!" chasing us away... so our leg have to do the work again as there is no other places to sit as the floor is wet cover with tears from the sky. While we were standing, more and more ppl can be seen filling up the empty gaps between ppl to ppl. this are wat we called -SINGAPOREANS- and i am sure many us are proud of this... hope i am right...

OK! and here is the moment that many had waited for so long.... A loud POP heard from far opp the durians, with the sky lighted up with many colourful fireworks from KOREAN! and the many and many ppl cheering with those flashes from their camera make the lifeless nite alive again...

everything last for about 20mins. and u can see many ppl rushing for shelter as it started to rain again... the others came to join us before we walk our own ways again. Had a midnite movie at suntec catch "Death Racer" and home after that.

Wake up early today(12pm)

went to the television to watch Olympics Basketball

both match were nice to watch very entertaining!!

Here is the update i be making before i am off to watch the Olympics Closing Ceremony 2008...

it will be showing later at 8pm. looking forward at how they going to end this with great memories that many ppl will have with such a great impact during the opening ceremony

Have been staying back after sch for few days already busy with my d&t folio. next thursday is the deadline for sudmissions, i think i still left with little more to do hope i will faster complete it within this weekend. so i can focus more on other sudjects before O's lvl comes.

2 more days to the start of Beijing Olympics (tomorrow 08/08/08). can't wait to watch the opening ceremony and those BIG games which is held once every 4years.
3 more days to the Singapore National Day (saturday 09/08/08).
Both days have a nice date.... i think alot people are going choose these dates to get married ba

just came out of toilet... smelling of shit!!

i was having a WAR inside the toilet mins ago.

Wake early today for sch as i am taking part in the 10km run which is held this morning.

Had a cup of milk before seting off to sch. everyone gather in by 730 and after some talking from mr lim, we started the race...

overall everything was great 1st time running for long distance without stopping somemore the feeling for shitting keep distracting me.

i spent 42min+ to reach the finishing line happy with the result although losing to gilson by abit.(btw the distance is around 8 to 9 km only)

got to go!

the shitting smell is killing me...

Today is a Friday! and i am here to leave a post.
btw today's weather is very cold... a very nice weather to sleep. i wake up 5am in the morning think of going to sch or not. after thinking for sometime i decided not to go and act overslept so i continues with my sweet dreams. unfortunately mum came in to my room at 630am to wake me up, she told me off and i left with no choice but to carry my bag and go to sch. :[
Heng the bus came early today... if not i will have to run 6times again for late coming. lol

Had CHEM for 1st two period and had PE after that. i was call to pace with others for the 2.4km run by MR LIEW but in the end i ran on my own giving hot pusuit at MAK... I was thinking if he is not in his usual self today? He started the ran, running like a DOG sia... very fast. and i can't recall a MONKEY can run that fast le.. Haha...

After all he manage to get an A(5pts) at 10min15sec for his 2.4km run...

Happy for you!! Hope i really did some help in your run :]

Because today is Friday. sch ended early today. head to D&T workshop to consult MR ONG on my folio. Gilson, Xuan and Mao came along too. We are the 4G! (4 Goodboys) at the D&T workshop doing our work no one else only us... How coolll...

Leave sch at 3, went back home for lunch and head to JE to catch HELLBOY in the cinema together with Weina, Woonguek, Chemaine, Kennerd, Maomao, Wisely, Ian, Jerron.

3months of training had passed, and the race are over.

i have learned that winning is not everything.

in life you may not always win but you can learn something from losing

and is the lose that make ones improve and be a better person.

although we had 3rd. but it was still a achievement made by everyone in this team

and is everyone's effort. And we should be happy about it.

we may be 3rd. but in heart we know we had try our best and we are the winners in ourself.

we lose

but we don't take it out on our opponent, blame the officials, or blame our teammates.

we take it in stride. we lose with class. being proud of how well we performed, and we gained experience out from them.

we win

we should acknowledging victories without humiliating opponents, being quietly proud of success, and letting victories speak for themselves.

i believe coach want everyone to demonstrate good sportsmanship when you show respect for yourself, your teammates, and your opponents.

only that then there is WINs and be the greatest winner in yourself.

Sometimes it's hard to swallow your pride and walk on.

But remember,

this coming saturday having Dragonboat competition de (20 men crew)
and today we had our last training at Jurong Lake.
had some rounds of rowing. and i think everyone is feeling better now, enjoying every moment rowing together in a boat. looking more like a team already. =)

One more week left....
i suppose i will end my training rite after the competitions.
and set my mind to concentrate on my studies...
do not wish to care or think about others stuff liao, there is no more time to waste!!
let everything come and go naturally ba...

Due to the rain this afternoon, today's training was held up no water training.... So we do training on land instead~ swinging paddle in the air... look so kuku! but it really make your hands very tired. everyone still have room to imPROVE!!

after training went to have lunch/dinner at taman market with maomao, chengghui, zhiyong. All had duck for their meals....

Rite now my life is pack with many things to do!

-1. Dragon boat competiton. everything end in two weeks time

-2. finding a basketball club. wish to play youth cup this coming june

i swear i am still not in study mood yet.
teacher scold me because i always end up sleeping during lesson.... scold me for not doing their work... and worst i do not know how i get myself into this state.

down with flu, and i am feeling very cold rite now!!
did not go sch ytd because too weak to get up from bed
so mummy bring me to see a doctor and had a blood test done
kenna injection on my right hand. collect some blood of mine for test
so long never have injection liao starting got abit scare sia
almost cry la :'(

went home after that. had 3 prata from the prata shop for lunch
and went out to watch west zone basketball finals
saw alot ppl over there... and the cheers from jurong sec was so loud!!
the whole area can shake!

went eat at je. home to change and out again for bball at 116
realise my leg is in very poor condition. pain is everywhere on my leg
feel like they are tearing apart de.
hoping that by friday my legs will be 100% ready
for the sport heat on this coming friday lo :)

went sch today. Attend:
3D&T, 1CHEM, 2PE, 1MATH, 2ENGLISH, 3CEP
D&T~ lesson was doing my folio and Mr Ong came to see me, to give me ideas on wat to do for my artefact. after all the talking i finally know wat to do and found ideas for my work. Can't wait to start doing on my artefact sia. but i do not know wat to write in my folio and this will take some time to think.
CHEM~ teacher did not come today so lesson was took over by math. do some worksheet and lesson ended fast.
PE~ run one round the canel. then went join my classmates for a game of floorball at the netball court. was running alot chasing after the ball, and the weather today is so hot!!
MATH~ do few qns on proability and statistics given by teacher... this topic is so hard for me la!
ENGLISH~ do report writing in group of 4. end up junjie and maomao sleeping so left with zhiyong and me doing. lol
CEP~ last 3 period was the best, talking all the way till sch dismiss... talk about many things. and the whole class is damn noisy la....

sch was okay. last two period was free we have no lesson
everyone was playing about in the class and sch ended fast.
went change and head down to taman cc... helping out for the chingay
preview together with mak, xu an and the rest of sch student and juboon ppl
overall it was a enjoy and a tiring day.

decided not to help out in the chingay thing
but went to jio ppl go out to watch the chingay performce
meet mao and wisely together went to city hall find kennard and zhenghan
both with their girl...
have dinner at hongkong cafe, then rush to see the f1 racing car lo while jerron came
saw alot ppl waiting de and the pavement were pack wif alot ppl very hard to walk.
manage to saw abit as the F1 drive pass us in very fast speed creating loud noise
after the chingay we went to sack at the cinema b4 entering for the movie JUMPER.
after movie, went to esp for supper and went home by cab. reach home at 4am

Today sch was having chinese new year celebration...

manage to watch YCSS/JUBOON lion and dragon dance performing and also not forgeting gilson's item and the BIG HEAD by Nas!! Great performance by everyone!

after sometime, few Ex-ycss baller came and i went to join them for lunch and catch a movie at jurong point. it have been so long since i get to hangout with them, although i am the smallest there in size/age but it is always full of fun hanging out with them...

we went to john little to do some shopping b4 our movie as there is sale going on, went hunting for UnDerWeaRs for new year =P and is real cheap!!

have not been sleeping well for the past few days de. and i dunno y is this happening to me
so i go to my psp to look for company hoping to get myself tired by playing games or listening to music lo.

This year lessons in class is going abit fast, unlike last year...

finding myself losing back behind le especially my favorite sub 'MATHS'.

Rite now i do not have to go back for my CCA as the b boys they are having sch competition going on. So i am thinking of try something new... joining the sch -DRAGONBOAT TEAM-
as they are looking for ppl and to send for competition respresenting sch.
meaning more CCA pts ^^
this idea came from my classmates because a few are going to join too.
so long never do training de and friends are around it shld be very fun
but still considering cause i cant Swim :(

this new sch i am in is damn BIG la will get lost very easily le.
a very good place to play hide and seek la. Hehe...

Finally finish all my exams for this year liao. Had the last paper this morning saw many come with very long hair including me. somemore gilson came with his coloured hair to sch. everyone prepare to be sent home without taking the papers, but very HENG the those teacher seem to close one eye and allow us to sit for the papers. afterall most spend their time sleeping through out the whole examination.

After exam went out with gilson, mao and guo qiang to town. had our lunch at subway and shop around the whole place looking for things to buy. However vimal and ahwei were unable to join us guo qiang have to leave 1st, but later part came along with two 'ladies' cheng hui and woongeuk. Then continue with our shopping lo..... only manage to brought a short pants for myself. Unlike the rich's man son (gilson) brought a "MOOKS" Dry-fit T-shirt and a white shoe from "EVERLAST" :P

Manage to finish the whole 15km race last week. i think it take me around 1h 30mins to reach the finishing point. it was kind of fun as it is my time 1st time taking part in marathon with so many ppl running for the finishing point and sure the feeling is really GREAT!! waiting for them to send me my timing and position with around 10 000 ppl taking part in this whole event...
The following day after the run, bad things start to happen... there is pain in my right leg then i realise that i had overwork my legs and it got injure causing me problem walking properly for 3 days, untill now it still not yet fully recover but finally can walk properly de.

Yeaterday went to sentosa with gilson in the morning. Go there for suntaning. Then freddy came along to find us while boonmin, maomao, kennard, souyan and shuangyao came later and join us. Freddy left 1st follow by gilson leaving me and the rest head to vivo city for my lunch and brought a new havaianas silpper in red to replace the old wan in black as it is broken =[
that all guys. i will update less as i am busy with my work and activity but do tagG here often i am sure to give a reply :)

Finally came back home de. miss my BED so much la 1st thing reach home is sleep lo. sleep from 4pm to 8pm sia wake up to watch the NDP in the Tv lo then reply some msg using my phone. after all the whole event so-so lo did not manage to find any sleep during the night friends keep disturbing me sia :(

Today lesson in sch was so boring. have PHY test during the 1st 2 period, many were caught unaware so many did not study and never finish the test i am one of them :P. After the test is POA lesson for 4 periods till recess, was sleeping all the way till recess lol. On 04/08/07 sat, went out to town with Chole, Daniel and Gilson. But gilson cant make it because of his RED face:( So only left we three lo went to fareast and have chicken rice on the 4th floor as our lunch. Today wake up at 730am then rush to meet maomao and elwyn at s11 for breakfast. After eating went to weihaw house sack awhile before going see the lion dance competition at Fajar. they were playing with the computer while i am making use of time to sleep lo....
Reach Fajar at about 1245pm, still early so went find something to eat. Waited till around 2, head back to c and support gilson's team lo. They did a great job, got 8.51pts and timing is (11:11:11) time by Patrick Coach.... cool rite!
We left the place 1st as i need to go and have a hair cut at jurong west.... only elwyn and mao follow me weihaw went back home 1st as he is very tired. Head home by bus after cutting....

On Friday nite, went support Juboon at Fajar. They were have the lion dance competition with many others teams.... results: 8.80pts got the highest score in all the teams on that nite. Everyone were very happy about it.

Today sch end at 2.30pm due to Mr Gomez who delay us. He was talking to 3Ns and 4Ns about discipline in students and aspire for the sec 4s.... talk for about 20mins sia, maybe we are that very 'bad' student ba.
After sch, Gilson and GuoQiang accompany me to collect my handphone back. past few days been using my sister hp which is in pink. LOL so sexy rite??
So finally got it back and everything going well, hope it won't break down again. if not have to bring it for servies again so ma fan sia....
btw today in sch having photo taking for the class. take out my pink phone out while taking the photos sia. Haha... kinda of show off le :P

So long did not blog de, finally i am back to blog whooo.....
this few day nothing much de still the same day by day is so boring.
Yesterday went gym after sch wif gilson, vimal, mak they cab there sia.... do some weight training on my hands and also training my upper body lo. not bad la still manage to finish all the sets. half way, mak left 1st at about 5pm then we training till 6pm. went to the near by to have our dinner lo after that vimal take bus 99 home while gilson and me head back to JP then took my bus home and he took the train lo.

Now just reach home, maybe later at nite go play ball lo....
tml getting back my phone liao finally le. Haha....

Today is wednesday, yesterday is tuesday, the day b4 yesterday is monday....... day by day past so fast. Very soon one week will gone and u never know when with one bink one year have past de. So fast 6months have past liao, with another few more months it will be N'lv again.... do not have enough time to waste de have to work extra hard from rite now hope i will do better than last year and able to promote to Sec 5 next year.....

Today lessons in sch are so boring. And it seem that all my classmates are very tired today. Almost all of them were putting their head on the table and falling asleep.....
